Tech advancements from Acronis, that Resellers need to know about

Partner Level Incident Management in Advanced Security + EDR now available

This release introduces a new incident management interface at the partner level, which enables partners to manage incidents for all customers, without having to switch out of a current customer view to another customer view. 
 

Email Security changes 

  
  • Notifications can now be branded with your company branding.
  • Advanced Automation: Minimum billing commitments in contracts are available.
  • Starting with this release, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can create contracts with minimum commitments to customers.
  • Sales items for consumed Acronis products that are not included in a contract are now generated automatically to improve customer billing.
  • The monthly billing cycle for Acronis products is automated.

Licensing 

Available to all partners that have the Advanced Automation pack.
